All items that are in-stock and can travel via UPS or FEDEX ship within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. Multiple items within the same order may not arrive together.
When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and dispatch confirmation.
Please note that during promotional periods it may take longer for your item to ship.

Customs & Duties:
International customers (CA and Rest of World) are responsible for any Customs and Duties charges.
UK Customers - Once your package arrives in the UK, it is handed over to Parcelforce. You can use the tracking number we provided in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail to track your item on the Parcelforce website.

Heritage, Heirloom & Faded rugs
Heritage, Heirloom and Faded rugs are returnable within 7 days of receipt, unless purchased during a sale or with a discount code. In this case they are FINAL SALE*.
To return your Heritage, Heirloom or Faded rug, please follow these steps:
- Inform us that you'd like to return the rug within 7 days of receipt. If we have not been informed within this period we cannot accept your return.
- Arrange your delivery with a reliable courier and cover the cost of this yourself. We will not pay for your return shipping or refund your original shipping charge.
- Return your rug in the original packaging or source packaging of an equivalent standard.
